You have to experience it first-hand, or in my case, wear a full body suit with built-in electrodes that send electrical impulses directly to muscle groups while working out.

From the first move I felt immediately why this workout is different. You can feel your muscles engage in a way you could only wish when working out on your own. Though not painful, the feeling is intense and gets you going right away. Within 5 minutes I was sweating and once the workout was done I was completely spent. Twenty minutes and I was done!
